Holiday Sale

This Sunday, December 14, I will be hosting a Holiday Sale of my photography, just in time for some last minute gift-giving.

All of the photographs are either of Cleveland or of beautiful, colorful florals - a perfect reprieve from the cold and snow outside.
Photographs are professionally framed and personally signed.

Most pieces are marked down and priced to move, with volume discounts available. Also, all existing clients will receive an additional 10% discount on top of the low prices.

Cleveland 2.0: Connected. Sat. Oct. 25 Statler Noon - 5PM

As you may have heard, after several years and millions of dollars, the Euclid Corridor project is coming to its end, leaving a beautiful boulevard with brand new buses, safe & well-lit waiting areas, grass medians and a connection stretching from Downtown to the University Circle.

In light of this accomplishment, during the last weekend of October, Downtown Cleveland will be hosting numerous events as part of the RTA Unveiling.
One such event will be a sophisticated reception at the Statler, my home until very recently. On Saturday October 25, from Noon - 5, the Statler lobby will host a reception that will include live music, wine, book readings from a local author or two and my next exhibit, titled "Cleveland 2.0: Connected."

I will feature Cleveland-based photographs, some from the previous showing, as well as approximately a dozen new pieces, all framed and signed. Please join me in celebrating this great city.

I look forward to seeing you on Saturday the 25th.

Many thanks to Statler Management for making this possible.

Photo Exhibit #3: Cleveland Rising: This City is Our Home

Back in July, American Greetings kindly provided gallery space for a two week exhibit themed "Cleveland Rising: This City is Our Home." The opening featured not only Cleveland-based photography, but also the world premiere of the demo of "Cleveland Rising: This City is My Home," a song co-written by Vanessa Daffron and Alex Sukhoy, with guest musicians Daniel Baxter, Evan Lieberman, Tony DePiano and Jon Niefeld, who has recorded with The Rembrandts. The song is part of the "So Long, Marianne" film project.

Nearly 100 people attended the "Cleveland Rising" show and several attendees generously purchased a total of ten pieces, for a 33% sell-through. You can view remaining 20 photographs, currently on display, at Studio Palmieri, the first commercial location that took a risk on me and gave me space.

On this page are some photos from the actual event, as well as the poster that marketed the exhibit.

Enjoy.

Photo Exhibit #2: Springtime Photo Florals

On the eve of what felt like a never-ending winter, 8 photographs of bright, beautiful, rich florals reminded people that summer was right around the corner. Currently on display at Studio Palmeri in Cleveland's Warehouse District, the images are all hung in specially selected glass-matted frames that truly enhance the unique characteristics of the flowers. The photographs were taken in cities across the United States, including Cleveland's Botanic Garden, a housing development in Pittsburgh and Seattle's famous Pike's Market. Below are a few of these images. For more information, contact: alex@creativecadence.com.
